The event, sponsored by Castleberg Outdoors, starts and finishes at North Ribblesdale RUFC, Grove Park, Lower Greenfoot, Settle, BD24 9RB
You will be rewarded with a finisher's gift and hot food when you finish.
The route is on good trails and is signed and marshalled.
It does, however, take in some remote parts of the Yorkshire Dales countryside so you need to be fit and healthy enough to take part and prepared with appropriate clothing/footwear/well-maintained bike for the day.
All participants will set off in waves after 9am.
There is no minimum fundraising target for this event. However, we ask participants to raise as much money as they can in support of Sue Ryder’s expert care. There is an entry fee of £15
Registration opens at 7.45am.
There is limited car parking at the rugby club, but there is a pay and display car park across the road.
