From 1st July 2024, Chevin Cycles have launched a new Rider Rewards loyalty scheme, where customers will earn points on bikes, parts, accessories and clothing, including items that have been reduced or on sale. The scheme supersedes their VIP Rewards and other discount arrangements that Chevin Cycles have offered to Ilkley CC members on full priced parts, clothing and accessories.
Rider Rewards is easy to opt into, all that is required is a valid email address. Reward points are valid for 24 months and they can be redeemed against any purchase in-store. Whilst the 10% Ilkley CC discount on parts, accessories and clothing will end in favour of the new scheme, Ilkley CC members will continue to receive 10% off full priced bikes - however these purchases will not attract reward points. Chevin Cycles are planning to run club promotions at various points throughout the year to give members an opportunity to gain bonus points.
